Compliments, Complaints and Concerns

At West Green Primary School we endeavour to deliver a rich environment for children to learn.  We care about our children and families and want to hear about any concerns or compliments you as a parent or carer may have.

We welcome all compliments in any size, shape or form.  You can compliment us by letter, email, phone, Google review or just tell us face-to-face.

We work extremely hard to build positive relationships with all parents and keep communication open to resolve any concerns raised.  If you are a parent or carer with a concern about your own or another child, we ask that you first speak to your child’s class teacher.  In our experience, most issues are resolved at this level.

If your concern remains unresolved, you can take further action by speaking to the Deputy Head or Head Teacher.  To do this you can make an appointment at the school office, write a letter or email admin@westgreen.haringey.sch.uk for the attention of Jenny Murphy (Deputy Head) or Mary Gardiner (Head Teacher).  We will respond as soon as possible.

If your concern is still not resolved to your satisfaction, the next step will be to contact the Chair of Governors in writing.

Our full Complaints Policy is available below or you can request a copy from the school office.

The Government website gives guidance about how you can make a complaint www.gov.uk/complain-about-school.
