Hello Weda,
The competition is to invent your very own made up yoga pose based on an animal. Take a photo or draw your pose. Don’t send a video as the file will be too big.

Don’t worry if you are new to yoga or an expert the whole idea is to learn something new.

You do not need to make a video you need to take a photograph on a camera or phone and attach it to your email to me.
