Story time with Pandee

Hello everyone,

Me and Pandee haven’t read a story for a while… so we thought we would post one today.

Pandee wanted to choose the story for today because she has been watching the news. The news is showing that the world is going through some changes at the moment because people are not treated equally. It makes people feel sad and cross because it is hurtful when people do not treat them the same way as they treat everyone else. At West Green we treat everyone equally and that is because it is the right thing to do. It is important we stand together to keep everyone safe and happy. There is a special word we use to describe treating people equally and it is ‘Equality‘.

Pandee says ” I have chosen this story because it shows that it doesn’t matter who you are as long as you put your mind to it you can be whatever you want to be.”
