Hi all,
After speaking to my year 6’s, many have told me they are using the Joe Wick’s P.E videos, which is brilliant.
It is so important to stay fit and healthy during this period for so many reasons. When we exercise, it not only gets our hearts racing, pumps blood and oxygen round the body, burns calories which helps us maintain a healthy weight – it also releases chemicals in our bodies’ called endorphins, which makes us feel happier and positive!
Exercising everyday also helps us get a good nights sleep, which is so important at the moment. Below are a range of links that can help you and your adults at home, to stay fit during this period.

I rode my bike for 2 and a half hours.Every 30 minutes I drunk water and it was SOOOOO EXAUSTING!
That sounds like brilliant exercise though Yasmin! Keep it up.
I went outside and play with my sister and brother to have fresh air
Well done Kianosh, its very sensible to get some fresh air when you are exercising.
Morning Sophia, I find I feel much more happier and productive when I start my day with a morning run. I have also given yoga a go, which I find very hard but am hoping to get better over time.
Don’t worry.With more practice,you’ll be a yoga superstar!

I’ve been riding my sister’s scooter to keep fit and sometimes I’d be such a clumsy cat and fall off.
