It was so lovely speaking to most of you in the past couple of days! I was so happy to hear that you are well and that you are keeping yourselves busy.

MyMaths – I have been leaving comments to those children who are completing their MyMaths tasks. Remember to check out after you finish your task so that I can leave a message. Complete the practise section before attempting the task. Also, you can always have another go to improve your score.

TimesTables Rockstars – A few of you have been trying this out now. Well done! If you haven’t done so yet, find your details here TimesTables Rockstars User Details and have a go!

Spring Poem Competition – The deadline has now been extended to Wednesday 8th April. You all wrote amazing poems in the style of Maya Angelou in class remember!!! So, put your poet hats on and send your poems to admin@westgreen.haringey.sch.uk

You can use the school’s email address admin@westgreen.haringey.sch.uk to send us work that you have completed at home or if you or your parents/carers need to get in touch with us.

Blindfold Drawing Challenge!

Try to draw an image with your eyes blindfolded! 🙂

Few ideas to get you started: Yourself, Electrical circuits – complete and incomplete, a volcano, sound reaching the ear, a Roman soldier, the world map, a friend in your class, a family member, your favourite animal, cartoon/film characters, Charlotte from Charlotte’s Web, Mr and Mrs Wormwood.

I am sure you will come up with many more interesting things to draw.
