Sometimes we can feel uncertain about ourselves or feel down in the dumps. This activity helps you remember the positive good things about yourself.
Find a peaceful place, and list 5 things you like about yourself. Think! Don’t cheat yourself here. Only write down things you truly like about yourself regardless of whether they’re physical (ex. your nice eyes) or non-physical (ex. your awesome sense of humor). Once you finish, read over it, and then put your worksheet someplace where you can reflect on it throughout the day. Ocean 🙂
